1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ApexTrophies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What ApexTrophies Is

ApexTrophies is a PlayStation trophy tracking and ranking platform. The service includes features such as:

• Public profile pages
• Leaderboards and ranking systems
• Apex Points and rarity-weighted scoring and multiplier systems
• Trophy, game, and rarity displays
• Optional profile verification and email-based account access

ApexTrophies is an editorial and technical product built around trophy data, profile identity, and rarity-weighted scoring. It is not an official PlayStation or Sony product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ApexTrophies.

To use certain features, including profile verification, you must have a valid PlayStation Network account or online ID associated with the profile in question.

You may use ApexTrophies only in compliance with applicable law.

4. Your Account and Verification

Some ApexTrophies features require you to verify control of a PSN profile. You agree that:

• You will only verify or manage profiles you are authorized to control
• Information you provide in connection with verification or account access will be accurate
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email login, session credentials, and related access methods
• You will not attempt to gain access to profiles, accounts, or features you do not own or control

ApexTrophies may suspend, restrict, or revoke access if we reasonably believe verification was fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ApexTrophies to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim ownership of a PSN profile
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the service
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, scoring systems, profile verification, or site integrity
• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated methods to access the service in a way that is abusive, unauthorized, or harmful
• Reverse engineer, probe, or test the service for vulnerabilities in a harmful or unauthorized way
• Circumvent access restrictions, rate limits, or security controls
• Use ApexTrophies in a way that could harm the platform, its users, or its reputation

We want ApexTrophies to stay sharp, credible, and fair. Abuse of the system works against that and may result in removal.

6. Rankings, Scoring, and Data Disclaimers

ApexTrophies uses trophy, game, rarity, and related data from third-party and platform-connected sources. That data may change, become unavailable, contain errors, or be incomplete.

You acknowledge that:

• Apex Points, leaderboard positions, rarity tiers, and related metrics may change over time
• Rarity Refresh Days and other system updates may increase or decrease profile scores
• ApexTrophies may revise scoring logic, profile presentation, ranking systems, rarity handling, anti-abuse protections, or related product systems in order to preserve fairness, accuracy, integrity, or product quality
• ApexTrophies does not guarantee that any ranking, score, rarity value, sync state, or profile display will remain fixed or error-free

ApexTrophies is a live system. Its outputs are designed to be credible and useful, but not infallible.

7. Intellectual Property

ApexTrophies and its original content, branding, interface design, visual systems, text, graphics, scoring frameworks, and related product elements are owned by ApexTrophies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of ApexTrophies or any of its underlying intellectual property.

PlayStation-related names, marks, and platform data remain the property of their respective owners, including Sony and its affiliates where applicable.

8. Third-Party Services and External Platforms

ApexTrophies depends on third-party providers and external platforms to function. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party services
• Interruptions, changes, or failures caused by third-party infrastructure
• Changes made by external platforms, APIs, or data providers
• Any third-party websites, tools, or services linked to or referenced by ApexTrophies

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers / No Warranty

ApexTrophies is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexTrophies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

• ApexTrophies will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• Any sync, score, rarity value, rank, or profile feature will always be complete or accurate
• The service will always remain unchanged or available in its current form

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexTrophies and its operators, owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of ApexTrophies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of ApexTrophies for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid to ApexTrophies, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ApexTrophies if:

• You violate these Terms
• We reasonably believe your use is fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized
• We need to protect the service, users, or system integrity
• We discontinue part or all of the service

We will generally try to act reasonably and proportionally, but we reserve the right to protect ApexTrophies and its users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of ApexTrophies after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
